    None, anymore. The instability is behind us.

    Pros

    Good pay, good benefits, a lot of very kind, welcoming employees. Good amount of parties and social gatherings, overall the atmosphere is positive and upbeat.

    Cons

    While there are many people at AchieveForum who are absolutely great to work with, there are some higher ups who ironically have no idea how to manage employees and if you bring up any kind of issues to them they just throw out robotic corporate jargon without actually acknowledging a possible solution. For a company that specializes in leadership training, their leaders need A LOT of work. Not to mention they are constantly laying people off and doing whatever they can to stay afloat. This is NOT a sustainable company and it's crawling with soulless corporate robots. If you want to be managed by normal humans who actually care about you I'd suggest going elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    There are so many people in leadership positions who have absolutely no knowledge of the field they're in. Maybe hire people who actually know what they're doing and know how to interact with others.

    Pros

    smart project team people, some solid IP to leverage

    Cons

    This is an unethical, strategy-less company acting out of selfish and bizarre desperation that treats people abhorrently. I've not ever been with a firm that has demonstrated such behavior and hope I won't again. Fear permeates the walls and leadership is hanging on for the last dollars each of them can grasp as the business comes crashing down around them. And at their own doing no less.

    Advice to Management

    No advice I would offer would land on open ears so I elect to pass on lending any.

    Good people - worked with strong, cohesive teams. Strong presence in the industry. Flexible work schedule, made it easy to telework.

    Cons

    Disconnect between upper management and rest of company. Struggled to maintain revenue. Poor communication about corporate initiatives.

    Better communication with employees is always key. Practice what you preach.

    Pros

    Really good content, global capabilities, the ability to implement solutions for large, complex organizations. The organization is investing in new programs, which is good to see. Strong leadership.

    Cons

    Integrating two organizations can be difficult and there is definitely a transition happening in the business. Most of the integration is behind the organization though and there is a major focus on future growth.

    Continue building great programs.

    Pros

    Wonderful people dedicated to the work. Award winning products. Sustained excellence. Has strong offerings in sales and leadership. Global presence with lean leadership.

    Cons

    Lot of turnover in leadership and change up in strategic direction. Not clear how they are going to move into new markets. Culture has become less coherent over time. High reliance on contractors. Makes it hard to build enduring teams.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more to your people. Give customers more of your time. Invest in new products.

    I was able to wear so many hats and learned so much from different projects.

    Cons

    The company does not value the importance of building the talent pipeline. They focus too much on the bottom line but forgets about the people investment is the key to the success of the business.
