      Pros

      I don't think any pros are there to write, because mainly they are doing resouse outsourcing so it's all about your project. 1. Fresher can easily join.

      Cons

      1. Very very low payscale. 2. No proper increment cycle. 3. Frequent Delay in salary. 4. I don't think they have good project to allot engineer to those projects. 5. Once you are assigned to any project they are starting ignoring your calls your queries. 6. Increment in 2yr, a person will get only 600rs of hike🤕

      Active Directory environment so things are organized. Resolving queries of users related to Technical/Application issues

      Cons

      Active Directory messes up sometimes due to GPO issue or something wrong with DNS servers
