Pros

Salary and employee rights are well-fulfilled. The company provides clear structure, transparent communication, and fair recognition for effort. The environment supports growth and collaboration, especially for those eager to learn more about 360 marketing in a multinational setup.

Cons

Business Development targets can be quite challenging and demanding, but still reasonable for a multinational agency standard. It pushes you to stay proactive and data-driven every day.

Pros

Nice colleagues - friendly WFH once a week, sometimes twice a week Free snacks (depending on HR) Free coffee Average salary (p/s: beware of your KPIs) Free Team Lunch once a month

Cons

No proper template and framework for sales process, proposals No proper training and guidance, especially for China solutions (eg: Baidu, XHS, WeChat etc.) Expect to close a lot with China solutions and OOH, but never give tips, training, guidance. Expect Sales Team to just ask the Account Manager/Director, for clues (back to back conversation and it's always depending on their availability to respond to you) The only training you have is their own youtube videos of the solution and process. Management dont care on how many leads you can fill inside your Lead List, cause they will judge your by your sales number. You can put 500 leads in a month, but if your sales number of that month is just RM50K.. you better get ready to be evaluated or let go.. They're known for letting go of their BD Managers within 6 - 12 months, you can ask the employees there.

Pros

Good salary and quite flexible

Cons

Lacks of fairness and transparency. No supportive culture. Very toxic. The working structure and systems are poorly organized. The worst part is the director guy. He often speaks rudely and shows no emotional intelligence, leadership, or coaching skills. There’s no clear standards when assigning tasks, resulting in an uneven distribution of work among team members. Despite insisting that everyone work from the office, he rarely comes in himself and arrives late and go back early when he does. This kind of behavior sets a poor example and undermines morale across the team.
