Pros

Exposure to multiple projects and opportunities to connect with professionals.

Cons

- Every task was treated as a box to tick with no real value attached. - Problem-solving and long-term improvement were ignored in favor of rushing deliverables. - Employees were pushed relentlessly to meet quotas that sacrificed quality. - Contributions and input were disregarded, making motivation nearly impossible. - Leadership focused on appearances rather than genuine progress.

Pros

You’ll develop patience, because you’ll need it just to get through the day.

Cons

The systems were outdated, the workload was uneven, and leadership seemed disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations. Promises of growth and professional development were empty, and projects were constantly derailed by poor planning. It felt like talent was being wasted in an environment that refused to modernize.

Pros

Adnet provides IT and human capital services to the government and private sector organizations around the world. It delivers project-based and services delivery software with real-time information and analytics, intuitive interfaces, and outstanding support and maintenance.

Cons

The pay was quite awful here. It was so ridiculously low that I hid it from my friends and family. There were no opportunities for growth, either. The leadership didn't bother to think about our future. It was horrible to work so much with no future in sight. It was terribly stressful. I quit to have a better future.
