      Great people to work with and work-life balance

      Cons

      No clear strategy, lack of decision-making at leadership level, no dedicated product leadership or roadmap. Focus is only on getting any sales however you can at lowest cost, which is not sustainable.

      Pros

      Supportive engineering management that is actively solution and quality driven. Requests for growth of skill set are encouraged and supported. Very inclusive environment, any situations - management has your back 100%. Supportive of WFH and alternative hours. Upper management always has time for you. Lots of interesting projects on the go.

      Cons

      The company is a merge of several companies and in the active phase of making cohesive change. There are always bumps in this process. Not for anyone that doesn’t like change or unskilled at finding a path through abstract detail. Salary is lower than it should be, but the benefits here are hard to find elsewhere.
