I worked at Advanced Internet Technologies full-time

    Pros

Great people to work with. You learn to stick together to stand up and last against upper management. Great place behind the building to vent about all of the crap that goes on daily.

    Cons

Your views aren't listened to, you are always told "the company chooses to go else where". You are treated like you don't know your stuff, even when you graduated for it. Many long nights spent in tears out of frustration. Employees aren't listened to and it's like hell getting out. Stay Away.

    Advice to Management

Actually LISTEN to employees, don't just say you will then nothing changes. Over half of the staff wants to get out...that can't be a good thing. Good Luck and I hope things change there for the better.

I have been working at Advanced Internet Technologies full-time

    Pros

Due to the company being so small there is a large opportunity to learn and cross train.

    Cons

There is a lack of consistency and guidance from management.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with more respect and they will stick around longer.

I worked at Advanced Internet Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A solid team-oriented atmosphere, involving good people. Most areas functioned in an efficient manner. Upward mobility was decent overall within the organization.

    Cons

Management was not as appreciative of highly-skilled personnel as it should have been. There was also an unusually high turnover rate within the sales and technical departments.

    Advice to Management

Provide a more detailed and realistic training program. I would also concentrate on providing more timely and thorough technical support for customer service.

I worked at Advanced Internet Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Gain a lot of knowledge.

    Cons

They expect you to be a sales person as well as technical support. Raises are dependent on sales quota and not your technical abilities. Salary is well below the average especially for the workload that they put on you. They expect you to stay well past your designated hours for "training" which can take up to an hour. Everyone is a manager except the technical support position which leads to many different voices telling you different things. No concise direction when it comes to prioritizing work. They continue to add to your workload without any pay increase.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and with respect. Understand if you want employees to go the extra mile you will need to pay them what they are worth.
