Pros

1. The Team - - Akrity is a place where high performers thrive! The team and customers are above the individuals in this organisation. - Everyone in the team are super helpful to you. They will not give you answers but guide you to finding answers on your own. No matter how much time it takes for you to figure out. - The senior team members are always available. I clearly remember an instance when once the CTO had gone to attend his friend's wedding. But, a junior developer was not able to resolve an issue, the CTO got on a call while on vacation and helped the team mate :) - Nobody is looked down upon in Akrity. There is equal opportunity for everyone and it is up to you to be patient and make your work count. - They look out for burn out of employees very seriously. The CEO works closely with the clients to ensure that the employee satisfaction is met and if not, he has taken corrective measures as and when necessary! His work is always confidential and behind the scenes and goes unnoticed quiet often. 2. The Management - - Akrity is a flat organisation. Hence there are only 2 managers. 2 extremely talented and resourceful leaders with a strong drive and purpose to help people build their careers for the long run. - Their hard work has put Akrity in a place where if you spend 1 year in Akrity it is equivalent to 3 years elsewhere in the market (Customers pay and have been paying for this) - Both of them have been working on building Akrity from the past 10 years and have successfully built and launched 20+ products. They are not amateurs. 3. The Company - - Akrity only works with certain type of customers. They are very choosy and demanding when it comes to onboarding clients. They only work with companies that has the potential to define an industry. You can see their track record of clients. Their goal is to work with challenging problem statements that are interesting and exciting for the Engineers working on them. - Akrity believes in having a limited number of clients and invest in those clients for a long term success and invests time accordingly. 4. The Culture - - Akrity has a strong culture for learning and development. Everything is built keeping in mind "What it takes for someone to be a good Engineer". - Akrity is a process oriented organisation and these processes are maturing and evolving. The training process specifically is built in a scientific way based on more than the industry standards. - Akrity gives more ownership and independence for you to fail. But your experiments are done in a controlled environment because your actions have real world impact. - Akrity believes in long term success for even its employees (We have an Engineer that has been in Akrity for 9 years now!) - Variety of work - Because an "Engineering Leader" doesn't just mean writing code, Akrity helps you choose on other areas for you to grow and explore. Ex - Recruitments, Technical Sales, Training.

Cons

1. Many freshers that were hired thinking that they should be given an opportunity to be Engineering Leaders did not appreciate it and behaved very unprofessionally. 2. This is not a con but every organisation has its own priorities given the situation and the place the company is in. It is fairly possible to get those priorities wrong at times. It is only human.

Pros

Apart from employees working here nothing is good

Cons

Ah, buckle up for this rollercoaster ride through the land of corporate comedy! Here's a spin on those dislikes: Welcome to the company where promises are like free samples at the grocery store – enticing at first, but you end up leaving empty-handed and disappointed! 1) Ever dreamt of being an intern forever? Well, congratulations! At Akrity, they'll extend that dream indefinitely. They promise full-time positions like it's a discount coupon, only to snatch it away like a magician's trick, leaving you wondering if you even understood the job role in the first place! 2) Interviews, interviews everywhere! You'd think you're auditioning for the lead role in a Hollywood blockbuster, but nope, just a chance to be a less paid intern. Because why hire in one round when you can have a trilogy of interviews? It's like "The Lord of the Interviews: The Fellowship of the Unemployed." 3) "Your performance determines your fate," they say. But wait, there's a plot twist! It's not about your performance; it's about the mood of the CTO and CEO. They micromanage like they're directing a Broadway show, except the drama is real, and you're the unwitting star. 4) Best training in the market? More like a crash course in confusion! Training associates are like overzealous hall monitors, reporting back to the CTO faster than you can say "tech support." 5) School projects meet Silicon Valley dreams – welcome to the world of Akrity, where they aim high but hit the ceiling. It's like bringing a slingshot to a space race. 6) "Akrity Runs on Trust" – cue the laugh track! Because, in reality, trust is as rare as a unicorn in these parts. The CTO wants to be involved in everything, like a helicopter parent on steroids. Trust? More like "ask me first, and maybe I'll think about trusting you." 7) CTO's messages are like the ghost of Christmas past – they'll haunt you whether you're sleeping, eating, or trying to actually work. "Respond quickly or face the consequences," they say, like a digital mafia boss. 8) Sick leave? Prepare for the third degree! The CTO's interrogation skills could rival Sherlock Holmes. "You were fine yesterday – what happened?" they ask, as if the flu respects work schedules. 9) Flexible work hours are about as flexible as a steel rod. Say goodbye to work-life balance and hello to overtime galore! It's like they're trying to set a record for the longest workday in history. 10) Job roles are like a never-ending game of Whack-a-Mole – just when you think you've got it, another one pops up out of nowhere. Accountability? More like "Welcome to the Blame Game: Corporate Edition." 11) And last but not least, the CTO's behavior is straight out of a psychological thriller. Someone get that man a therapist, stat!
