Some coworkers are great. For employee appreciation, they let you take your birthday off, paid. This position starts at $16/hr. Fully remote.

First thing I have to say is the management is HORRIBLE. If you live in a state that mandates employers allow you sick time when needed, you will have to fight tooth and nail to be able to take it. HR was of little help. Now I am being excluded and targeted by my manager. They have a superset group chat that everyone in my team is in, except for me and won’t tell me why. There’s no culture, no team bonding, no sense of community at all. Just clock in, do your job, clock out. No career advancement opportunities. It’s toxic.

They will work with your time if you need to change your schedule and not point system when it comes to missing days or being late

The culture of the company is all about production with no regard to the employee. You receive 2 10 mins breaks and a 30 min lunch. They do not match 401k and the benefits are bare minimum. Pay rate is very low and you have absolutely no opportunity for growth in this company.
