    Pros

    Worley Services was an exceptional company to work for. Everyone is so helpful. They do their best to keep you working if you are on deployments for them.

    Cons

    The hours are long but Worley allows for time off when needed.

    Job security. Did I say job security

    Cons

    Pay is not great for all you have to deal with. Some managers show favoritism. I was told I could eventually work from home, that was a lie. Some employees do not do their jobs do you have to work harder and It’s not addressed . Too micro managed

    Work from home as a remote, pay is ok

    Cons

    From day 1 of training the people training me even warned me at the manager I was assigned. He was awful. I had saved emails, IM’s and voicemails of him contradicting himself over and over again. He was rude about everything. The management here will tell you 100 different ways to do something and then you’ll get scolded about it after. This company could care less about repairing cars. Having worked in shops it made me sick at the things I was asked to cut from estimates was insane. All they want is percentages saved and number of claims complete. Shops despise ASI and I understand completely

    I worked at Alacrity Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A couple of years ago I had a good view of this company but the new management changed my entire perspective.

    Cons

    There is a lot of micro managing and petty behavior from management on some assignments. They don't hire competent trainers to help you with basic job duties and open door policy is non-existent. They have no concern for your overall well being and basically have the mentality to break you all the way down to build you up. There are a lot of people who left this company and with good reason. You can't voice any concerns without suffering the consequences of being released (even anonymous) because a co-worker actually got release because of it. Management is close friends with adjusters and basically gossip and judge people. Overall I would not go back to this company for anything in the world.
