Pros

Co workers are for the most part nice people.

Cons

CEO is vengeful and toxic. He encourages employees to participate in personal aspects of his life and will insert himself into your personal life without any respect for your boundaries. He will make it clear that if you’re not part of his inner circle he will simply pass you up for any advancement opportunities or simply retaliate against you and mistreat you and exclude you. He makes sexist remarks against some of the women in the team behind closed doors and racist jokes. He will encourage and incentivize employees to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor and will follow up with you to make sure you’ve done so. He’s self centered and narcissistic and if you ever mention anything that can be improved or try to establish boundaries he will simply retaliate. Compensation isn’t that great and when you go in to your interview he will try to pay the least amount possible while hanging a carrot over your head about potential opportunities and growth that is then taken away from you for not wanting to take part of his inner circle.

Pros

Great coworkers Amazing benefits Good office location Free snacks

Cons

Leadership creates a very toxic environment based on fear and micromanagement Tempts people with quick promotion to AE but you realize once you get in that there's no way you can get promoted quick due to amount of business. Misrepresents OTE Extreme favoritism No training SDR Manager has no real power to help out the team Head of Sales breathing down everyone's neck to do everything his way even when it's not working, and if it doesn't work that means you're just not trying hard enough. 4 days in office and you can request 1 day every week remote but has to be approved by leadership Will hold PTO and remote hostage if they don't get what they want.
