      Work with some great people who are technically talented.

      Cons

      Working just to make a buck. You're developing gambling software, trying to get people hooked to giving their money to you. I would rather do something else with my time and talent that adds real value to the world.

      Tons of time to work out, no real working pressure

      Cons

      Shady business that can be shutdown or raided by RCMP any time, google "starnet raid" for some history of this company Bad management team, salary freezes for years and huge layoff mid 2016

      I have been working at Alea for many years and have enjoyed my time here very much. The people are fun and friendly and the culture is amazing, really can't be beat. The work and technology is interesting and fun, why wouldn't it be when you get to work with such awesome people.

      There is really no cons worth mentioning.
