Pros

Honestly, I did not find any meaningful positives during my time here.

Cons

If you have never experienced a layoff and want to know what it feels like, join this company. Based on my experience, there is virtually no job security. Employees can find themselves out of a job within months of joining. I constantly felt that people were hired to complete specific short-term tasks and then removed once those tasks were finished. Even if you are currently working in a company with management issues or workplace toxicity, I would still value job security over what I experienced here. At least stability allows employees to plan their future. In this organization, it felt like anyone could be let go at any time without warning. Layoffs and workforce reductions appeared to be common. Many employees lived with uncertainty regarding their future. The overall atmosphere created stress rather than confidence. The HR department was one of the biggest disappointments. In my experience, HR seemed focused on protecting management rather than supporting employees. Employee concerns were often ignored, and there was little transparency regarding important decisions. Frequent changes in HR leadership also created instability and inconsistency in processes. Compensation and settlement processes were another concern. Employees frequently discussed delays and uncertainty regarding payments. There was a perception among staff that financial commitments were not always handled in a timely or transparent manner. I was also disappointed by the quality of leadership and communication. Important decisions often lacked transparency, and employee feedback appeared to carry little weight. Many concerns raised by employees seemed to go unheard. The company's public image did not match my internal experience. Certain business capabilities and growth areas appeared to be marketed aggressively, but the reality on the ground felt very different. Employees often questioned whether leadership was being fully transparent about the organization's actual situation. Policies were employee-unfriendly, documentation was often unclear, and overall trust in management was very low. Recognition for hard work was limited, while favoritism and politics appeared to play a significant role in decision-making. The culture felt driven by short-term objectives rather than long-term employee development. Instead of investing in people, the organization seemed focused on immediate business needs, leaving employees feeling disposable and undervalued. Overall, this was one of the most unstable and frustrating workplaces I have experienced. I would strongly advise candidates to conduct thorough research, speak with current and former employees, and carefully evaluate the risks before accepting an offer. HR team is aligned to get positive reviews from employees so most positive reviews are FAKE.
