      - Leadership strategy is often chaotic and shifts mid-project. - No clear path for career progression. - Integration with parent Allstate Corp. has led to frequent restructuring and often creates anxiety across the organization

      Too much turnover - no security

      They offer reasonable time off, paid holidays, and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Egos at the top, SO much turnover, starting the President and entire C-Suite to product, marketing and sales... seems everyone at/near the top is trying to make a name for themselves instead of seeing the greater good for the organization which equates to chaos and disruption. Witnessed several rounds of layoffs, just to stay in the black.
