      Great manager and great colleagues. Everyone is very supportive and salary is competitive with the market. Company has great values and give back to the community

      Tools and technology in general are outdated company is restructuring and things are confusing

      Really none - they do give some of profits to good causes.... but they dont make a profit and have not for a long time

      Continual changes of product managers and no clarity of risk appetite. Failure to invest in modern work systems are coming home to haunt the ELT.
