It’s extremely easy work. You just have to be able to spell correctly & have decent grammer.

it’s a dead end job. Only take this job if its your last resort.

You start at 16/hr to take messages.

Cons

Everything. People over the phones are horrible, management doesn’t seem to care that you just got cussed out and need a couple minutes. There are no bonuses, no perks, nothing. Just a depressing atmosphere, with depressing people. Truly a “going nowhere” job. And don’t even think about accepting their health benefits - biggest joke I’ve ever seen.
