Pros

On time salary, Unlimited tea,coffee

Cons

With job security at an absolute low, termination feels like an arbitrary and constant threat. Unchecked favoritism has reached a critical peak, severely undermining team morale and fairness. Inconsistent internal communication and poorly defined processes are currently impacting our operational efficiency.

Pros

None that stood out during my time with the company.

Cons

Job security is a concern, as employees may be terminated with little notice or clear justification. Salary deductions are handled very strictly and can feel excessive and unfair compared to stated policies. HR lacks professionalism and demonstrates limited understanding of basic HR functions and employee rights. Employees are repeatedly redirected between HR and management, resulting in no accountability or proper resolution of issues. Favoritism and unequal treatment are noticeable and negatively impact morale and fairness in the workplace. Internal communication and processes are inconsistent, unclear, and poorly implemented.

Pros

Pros: Good exposure to Azure cloud technologies and direct client interaction, which helps build technical skills early in your career.

Cons

The management culture is the core problem here. When issues arise — even ones caused by client misunderstandings or data problems outside the team's control — the company's first response is to blame and let go of employees without any investigation or negotiation. There is no fair accountability process. Work-life balance simply does not exist. 12+ hour days are the norm with no overtime compensation. Annual leave is nearly impossible to take because the team is always in "critical mode" — driven by fear of clients rather than proper project planning. Employees carry the pressure silently with no recognition or rewards. Scope creep is constant — you will regularly be asked to take on responsibilities well outside your job description with no additional compensation or acknowledgment. If you value your time, mental health, and professional growth, think carefully before joining.
