      Can get to work on multiple projects- so learning curve is there.

      Cons

      Lot of instability. No employee / manager review sessions. Salary will be low as compared to market. On notice period, you wont be much entertained. HR will be helpful till only you resign.

      With job security at an absolute low, termination feels like an arbitrary and constant threat. Unchecked favoritism has reached a critical peak, severely undermining team morale and fairness. Inconsistent internal communication and poorly defined processes are currently impacting our operational efficiency.
