Pros
The CFO at the time I worked there was generally a fair and good person. There was a table tennis table in the warehouse.
Cons
Every aspect of your day is micromanaged by someone - if not by your direct manager it would be by another manager. If you weren't part of the owner's family network of friends or family, raises and promotions were nearly impossible to obtain. There were no growth opportunities unless you were in Sales.
