Great place to get your Oracle career started. Very helpful team leaders who are willing to share their experience and knowledge with "newbies".
Cons
I wish there were more long term projects on which to work. At the time, it seemed new Oracle business was a bit slow coming in, but I understand things have begun picking up recently !
