      Pros

      *Salary and bonuses are the only plus points *Forever work from home- but you never know which day you will be fired remotely. *Free lunch at office- but i bet you don't want to risk your career for this? *They will close/sell company anytime.

      Cons

      *No job safety, no growth *Hire and fire policy *No control of CEO- investors take all decisions *Firing with short notice *No strategy, keep on changing top management every month
