Pros

Work from home. Relaxed schedule. Paid benefits. Provides experience to put on your resume.

Cons

Low pay. Bare minimum raises and no bonuses. I was recommended for a significant raise by my manager due to leading my team in production, but was only given the standard minimum due to "budget restraints" while managers were given substantial raises and bonuses. In my case, this also came after my responsibilities were GREATLY increased without additional compensation. I had to chase down HR managers twice for an annual review/raise for 2-3 months past anniversary dates (without backpay). The second time, I left the company before I got the review (which also became a huge fiasco between myself and HR). In my experience, Armavel lacked any kind of team management structure. My team was a revolving door of employees and managers. I even had to train my own manager once for about a month (yes I'm serious). All of this lead me to believe they don't truly care about employee performance or competence, but rather who can fill seats on a contract.

Pros

Good co-workers and some supervisors

Cons

Company under pays and flat out doesn’t give pay raise or benefits to part time employees. Company always expects for employees to keep learning and taking more responsibility without any appreciation.
