Pros

Office location near train station

Cons

Worst management i have ever seen, zero transparency and no actual plan of growing or even surviving, 4 huge lay offs within 3 years. Hiring new employees and firing them within same week due "organisation structure update"

Chaotic leadership and unclear priorities

Pros

supportive coworkers for the most part

Cons

Leadership is a mess. They don't ever have clear priorities - everything turns into a priority at any given point. The company itself clearly only values underwriters. CEO is known to make frequent tone-deaf comments, especially pertaining to layoffs. It used to be a company with potential — now it's just stumbling along, barely surviving.
