Pros

Free food which is also a con because management believes there is no longer a reason for you to leave your desk and get out of the office.

Cons

You'll spend more time fixing bad code that someone broke years ago than coding anything new and exciting. There is no routine day at AtHoc, you just swerve from time consuming crisis to time consuming crisis with leadership totally absent.

Pros

Free meals and snacks, although these feel like a manipulation to prevent people from leaving to get lunch.

Cons

Company is disorganized, constant changes in staff due to quality managers and employees leaving, they become frustrated with the company's founders lack of experience and ego driven politics. Compensation is poor, causing talented individuals to leave for better jobs in the valley. Work/life balance is difficult, deadlines are not realistic.

Cons

There are several challenges: - low wages - political management - pressure all the time - job insecurity - poor management - no upward growth - high attrition rate
