      Bullying managers No bonus scheme No increments You don’t get paid until your 2nd month (month in hand) Bad atmosphere in office You have to leave your phone in your bag You have to drink out of sippy cups because they don’t trust adults not to spill drinks (yep- even coffee!)

      Work place bullying is very common Controlling mangers make senior members of staff phone when they arrive to prove they are on time They reuse to pay for Microsoft so software is a budget version full of bugs They have a call centre mentality to account and business development management as the department heads were promoted from the call centre and 're not experienced in their fields. No bonus or sick pay Min annual leave No car allowance or company car
