1st Interview held with HR/Head of PMO - Talked through my CV/experience and competency questions
2nd Interview held with HR (different member) and Head of PMO - More discussion about the role

Interview
One telephone interview that lasted about half an hour and then if successful you get invited to a face to face interview. This consisted of a few basic tests on how you deal with accuracy and speed which lasted roughly half an hour and then after that you get to meet with Human Resources and the Client Support Manager for the main part of the interview. This part of the interview lasted about an hour.

Interview
I applied for the role on Indeed and had an email the next day with a questionnaire to answer. Once I sent it back I received a confirmation email, then a couple of weeks later I was invited to an interview and asked to complete a PPA (personal profile analysis) in preparation for it. The communications from HR were informal and friendly.
The interview opened with an in-tray exercise for me to complete, which lasted about 45 minutes and was actually quite fun. During the interview the interviewers were down-to-earth people - they weren't trying to catch me out and they didn't ask any obscure questions. At the end of the interview we went through my PPA results.
The next day I received a phone call giving me feedback on the interview and offering me the job! I then started the following week.
