Pros

Who is writing all these pros in last few reviews. Guys read those carefully because you will notice dangerous sign that these fake reviews are written by someone inside the company. I think it’s the marketing or the HR team. This is a horrible company with extremely money minded management.

Cons

BE SMART IN WRITING FAKE REVIEWS AND STOP REPEATING - No cons as of now - FROM MOST OF YOUR REVIEWS. No No No No - in Cons section of these fake reviews is making me laugh so much.

Pros

Uh...they have a large parking lot? Sorry. That's about the best I can come up with.

Cons

This review is for the call center, which in NJ. Atlas is a software and IT company, and this call center part was put together by the owner, who decided to open it as a favor to one of his clients. The people hired to work in this call center are to call doctor's offices and obtain information for a guide that keeps there credential's current. So these doctors couldn't be bothered talking to you, as they have better things to do. And what's worse, the amount of work they want you to do, does not line up with the aweful pay. Also, have you ever worked for a company that frowned upon sick time? Or made you give your family members the supervisor's phone number, because you weren't allowed to keep your cell phone on? Wake up, people! We are not children. We are grown adults. There is a REASON why you cannot keep employees in this call center. They realize this job sucks, and they quit after a few days. Some may stay for a month, maybe two. Thats it!!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback, we value everyone's perspective and strive to learn and improve where we can! Atlas has been operational since 2003 and has grown thanks to the interest and needs of our clients and dedication of our employees. Our call center was developed to support our clients and to provide valuable services for the various communities we affect by making sure physicians records are accurate. Additionally, a flexible work schedule exists, making communication possible without restriction and there is a Paid Sick Time policy which accrues from the date of hire. While it is true that some agents do not fit the call center role and choose to leave, others have maintained a long-term career with Atlas!

We value all feedback, thank you. I would first like to address your comments on the pay rate. In addition to the base hourly rate, all agents have the opportunity to make well above that $12/Hr. rate, depending upon individual performance. Often as much as $8.00 above base rate and in some cases more. Many agents make high incentive amounts in addition to their regular wages. Additionally, a flexible work schedule exists and it is up to the agent to determine how many hours a day or week they work. Motivated, high energy and positive agents yield positive results! Atlas complies with all state guidelines with regards to hiring and is completely transparent with what the job function of a call agent is at the time of hiring. Agents are hired as 1099 initially to allow both the agent and the company ample time to determine if it is a good fit and that both will be satisfied and once that is determined, a conversion is completed. Atlas values all it's employees, not only call agents. We strive to improve our processes and are happy to listen to feedback when given in a professional manner.
