      Unfortunately the interview process ended in a rescinded offer after a prolonged ghosting following an initial counter offer.

      -The executives are genuinely good people -The work/life balance is just right -Remote work is looked at positively

      -With growth comes fewer personal interactions/more process -It can be easy to get 'typecast' but at the same time that doesn't seem much different from anywhere else
