    Pros

    -Cheez-Its in the kitchen
-Client is passionate/driven and motivates you to do well even though the company is crumbling around you.
-Good place to learn the nuances of digital media/programmatic

    Cons

-Platform Media/Data team rules, but the rest of the company is rotting from the inside out.
-Company lacks the foresight/drive to fix issues before they happen.
-Management is the epiphany of "the blind leading the blind"

    Advice to Management

You had a great thing going but you ruined it with neglect, terrible hiring, and one bad decision after another. The idea of Audience Science was fantastic and promising but that idea has all since fizzled out.

    Pros

I worked at AudienceScience full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Incredibly disrupting technology that can potentially turn an entire industry on its head if it was not for a management team incapable of steering the ship in the right direction

    Cons

    - complete lack of vision of top mangement team
    - worst turn over i have ever seen between constant unwarranted sackings and people getting fed up of the lack of vision of the core management team
    - new (former) CEO is a bully who thinks he is the most connected person in Silicon Valley but is incapable of making a single phone call to executive in targeted accouns he supposedly know very well
    - zero ability to define a coherent sales strategy and stick to it
    - the company wants to believe it is an Enterprise Sales company when it is just a bunch of engineers with zero understanding of the company's clients and what they want/need
    - reliance on a single client due to its inability to attract new serious enterprise clients

    Advice to Management

There is no way the existing management team and its internal politics can succeed in this space. Such a shame though because there are talented people there but they are not given a chance to make a difference and most of them end up eventually leaving when they realize the company is going nowhere

    Pros

The employees are pleasant to be around. The company tries to keep moral up by throwing wellness events and having snacks in the kitchen. Benefits are pretty good, not a bad company to work for.

    Cons

Management changes direction often and there is a lot of employee turnover. Company behaves like a startup without much direction. Frequently, people quit or are fired at an alarming rate. Public conversations (both in the kitchen and through emails) sometimes include jokes about politics, transgender and gay people and about controversial topics (gay marriage, abortion) which make it hard to work. It happens everywhere but the company does not seem to take any action when it does. I wouldn't avoid working here if the offer is good, but I wouldn't chose it over others.

    Advice to Management

Consistency and communication would be nice.
