Like many of the recent reviews, I share the sentiment that Aramark’s acquisition and influence over Avendra have significantly eroded what was once a strong and respectable company. I firmly advise against working for an organization plagued by toxic management who lack morality and transparency, Merit increases are negligible, with a standard 2% raise that fails to keep pace with inflation, let alone the rising cost of living. Advancement and recognition are often based on favoritism and internal politics rather than performance, creating a disheartening and inequitable work environment.

Aramark ownership has eroded all that Avendra was and stands for. Lack of career growth and pay is no longer competitive to current market and industry. Leadership and Aramark prosper and reap all the profits while the ones doing all the work get 2% raises.
