      company has lots of things to fix

      Pros

      Decent work and life balance. Company has great relationship with #1 client. Devs, recuirting and sales people work very hard to keep company going. Team lunches are nice thing to see but more team building outings would be good to see.

      Cons

      Paychecks being deferred this year is not good and didnt' see that coming. Many have families to worry about. employee morale is an all time low and people are scared for their jobs and that is not a good thing with a small company like this. Need more clients, marketing and sales people and leadership. We all wish the best for Axis.

      Thank you for your feedback. I agree we need to improve our sales and marketing, 2018 that is our number one goal and with that more clients will follow. 2017 was a transitional year as we split the software and services groups. As our leadership team plan for the future, we’ll put much more focus into building back the services part of the organization as it has always been a huge part of the success of our company.

      Pros

      Shady Leadership--That's a pro compared to the cons

      Cons

      Very unethical leadership. Deferring paychecks all the time. Never willing to take advice from others. Culture is horrible. Everyone is scared to say anything or they will get fired. If they had an HR department they would be working 100hrs a week just to handle character and ethical issues.

      Not a company you can trust (Software Developer)

      Pros

      Most of the people are really nice and hours are good but company sees to have a lot of shady things going on behind the scenes. Many good people have worked here but they dont stay long. Starting to see why.

      Cons

      Very questionable leadership here. Dont feel secure in my job, lots of empty promises. This used to be a fun place to work, lots of activites, not anymore. Now we only have one client and doesnt look to be changing anytime soon.
