Pros
Tight knit coworkers, interesting problems to work on. Fair amount of autonomy in how you solve problems. Pretty easy to take PTO (If you have any). Schedule of 8:30-5:00 and you really do leave on time most days.
Cons
Out of touch management wants two weeks of work done in three days. Management insists they're a software developer, yet can't write a select statement in SQL. High amounts of verbal abuse and disrespect - tech employees should avoid this company.
