      Great for Project Managers. Terrible for designers.

      Pros

      Friendly people in both offices. The multiple disciplines in house is fantastic. It's great having engineers on hand to ask for a quick consult even if they aren't on the project.

      Cons

      Designers are not given the freedom and power they need to do their jobs. Project Managers rule the firm, which does not allow the firm to truly grow because all of the focus is on schedules and fees. Leadership rewards bullies and is passive aggresive with any disagreements instead of simply talking out any problems. You have to fit their mold or they will eventually push you out.

      Pros

      Genuine people, interesting projects, great support. There is a culture of learning and growing- each employee has money and time dedicated to their professional development every year. The leadership is very intentional about considering where we want to be and how we get there. There is a very real connection to our core values, with integrity permeating throughout.

      Cons

      There is a culture of serving our clients through superior technical and management solutions, but there is not as much focus on serving through great design. There are individuals trying to change this, but it needs to be a CULTURAL change at a more fundamental level.

      Pros

      Lots of project types, and history of working with in the Community

      Cons

      If you aren't in the "inner circle" they will X you out and purposefully leave you out of any possible leadership/growth opportunities. Some employees have been there a long time and others they burn and turn. Very stuck in OLD practices and are not open for adapting to new technology or ways to improve project development.
