      Nothing in pros to write up. All talented employees left the Co.

      It's a huge pressure cooker. Salary never on time Full of politics & bias Kind of lala Co. all relatives working here Hardwork never given appreciation No training No support Old employees are so lazy, they think of themselves as a King

      Worst company to work.

      Cons

      Bob e-procure is not paying salaries to employees. They are keeping salaries pending from last 4 or 5 months. They will deduct PF money which they will never credit in the PF Account. The funniest part is they will not even create PF a/c. It's my request from Glassdoor to please keep this comment unlock so that new hire can see this and instead of joining BOB e-Procure they can wait for some other offer where atleast they can get salary on time.

      you will have some learning initially but same thing will keep on reapiting

      Cons

      no new technology, mostly weekends will be working, no extra pay for weekends
