Heath insurance is paid for. Holidays off.

Cons

The management at the mortgage center are terrible people. They overwork you and underpay you. They belittle you and then smile in your face. Racist and sexist.

Branches are inconsistent No help from HR when reporting toxic personnel People get hired through connections (typical) Consistently over works employees while underpaying (BankPlus is one of the lowest paying banks in MS) No up to date technology in most branches No brown nosing = no upward mobility
