Pros

The people are great and you will feel very welcomed. I loved the people I worked with at Bell.

Cons

While the people will make you feel welcomed, there can be a lack of follow through when you raise concerns. I spoke to my manager several times about staffing and workload but there was no follow-through from what I could see. They make a point to say you are employed by Bell and not the client you're contracted to, so if the contract with the client ends you will be moved to another contract. This is untrue. You will not be assigned to other contracts if your assigned contract gets dissolved, you will be let go. Since you are working for Bell's client, they don't push back enough on unreasonable demands from the client. Management really pushes the idea that they will support you in your career and let you advance, but opportunities for advancement is 100% luck and timing and has nothing to do with your own growth and development. Salaries and pay increases are unequal and unstructured. People doing the same job on the same team have vastly differing salaries. The HR for Bell was woefully understaffed and almost entirely reactive instead of proactive.

Pros

Got a raise a few months after starting. Allows me to work from home. Very accommodating. Friendly and supportive culture. I am thriving here.

Cons

Training is a bit sparse, I feel like there is so much I could learn that would make me more effective at my job.

Pros

Good Company Structure Remote Can Work from Home

Cons

Nothing special about the company, You can change the logo, brand, and company name, and everything will stay the same. Does not have a "main office" or location, just has random WeWork stations across the world. Relies HEAVILY on offshore hires to pick up the slack on employees fired once they are confident the job can be done for cheaper else where. If you love Technology this is not a place for you to learn and grow with Technology or start a good career path in Technology. Bell Integrations is just copy and pasting what every other Tech company is trying to do, It is more of a "Office Job w/ Politics" more than it is a Technology company. You get to work with a lot of people who aren't well versed in technology, not passionate about technology. The people that work here are not trying their best. Once they brought out Digital First from Company Amelia, They cut our Benefits for the worse. "Unlimited PTO" meaning they decide when you get to go on PTO and for how long, instead of generating PTO automatically every month. They cut down Paternity Leave pay from 12 weeks to 6 weeks. Not a company that looks after their employees. Be prepared to talk a LOT of politics if you ever want something from the company that you did not negotiate for in the interview. Ancient ways of doing things in 2024. For Example, Everyday you have to fill in a TimeSheet. Why is a Technology Company making you sign a TimeSheet everyday that you login and keeping track of every hour that you work? Annoying Micromanagement means that you will spend time filling out a Timesheet for the hours that you are already scheduled to work for, and you bet that your manager will let you know immediately if you miss a day or forget to do timesheet over the week.
