      Pros

      Financially solid company in a difficult real estate market.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. Back-stabbing and dishonesty among department heads and many of the employees makes it a really dysfunctional and caustic place to work. The only happy employees are the ones who are gone.

      -Large portfolio of properties, ability to interact with all asset classes -Most team members are approachable -A lot of open positions (could be seen as a Con) -Healthcare, vision, dental, 401k benefits are good

      Cons

      -There seems to be zero job security at any point from day one. -The opinion is that there are forms of micro-management that are beyond a comfortable work environment, and overall lack of human respect. -Through personal experience and opinion, there is little to no discretion to make your own decisions, no opportunity to learn and grow into other areas of the company. -Corporate culture of the 80s and early 90s.

      compensation is at par with surrounding area, but could be better.

      Health insurance is terrible Not judged merit but on likability Department heads are bullys People very unqualified and over paid are hired based on being "so and so's friend or wife or son" Strive to survive (not to thrive) mentality Privately owned company so people in high power bully employees, gossip, and even have violated HIPA laws on occasion. no discretion with HR department Micromanagement is the way that his place runs. Turn over rate is very high Instructions and task are vague so if anything goes wrong they can blame a subordanant
