Pros

Your title will look good on your resume. Good resource for anecdotes on overcoming communication/workflow/management issues.

Cons

Don't let the obviously fake positive review on here fool you. This is an incredibly terrible place to work and I sincerely do not recommend working here unless you absolutely have no other option. Or if you're good with just doing the bare minimum. Upper management will never grow from their archaic ways, and it's one of those situations where you're unfortunately still surprised at the stuff they pull because you're always thinking that it can't possibly get much worse. Other cons: o no room for "advancement" o they really will over work and under pay you o they outsource overseas but strictly prohibit working remotely o unclear expectations o no follow up or follow through on most things o little appreciation for employees from upper management - probably because they have no idea how hard we all actually work o care far too much about how quickly they can get things done instead of actual quality (but then get very upset when something looks like garbage) o they have a 15 minute rule where if you can't figure something out in 15 minutes, you have to ask a team lead. but team leads hate those questions and had to make something of a FAQ to cut down on the questions o no investment on training employees o no investment on employees in general - very depressing culture and no doubt the reason why so many people have left the company in such a short amount of time (our last two team leads are leaving in the same week. LOL.) There is one exception to the upper management boys' club but you'll essentially be working for a bunch of uninspiring dudes who don't know what they're doing. At all.

Cons

I just have to make this brief review as a heads up to those looking into this company. I was naive when I started there. What I have learned is, they underpay employees SO much...I'm talking $10-15,000 per year in salary. I have looked at other entry level positions and there IS that big of a difference. Managment takes it all and are living cushy, almost lavishly. Second, their work completion times are completely unrealistic and they value quantity over quality. They focus way too much on getting new partners to rake in more cash than on resolving issues with current partners to foster better relationships. Between people getting fed up and people getting fired for the smallest reasons (without attempts to resolve issues first), the turnover rate is ridiculously high. If you enjoy being supee stressed all the time, working your butt off for barely enough money to pay bills, and don't mind favoritism, by all means, apply. Just know they are hiring so often not due to growth, but due to turnover.
