Cons
This company hired over 150 adjusters in Duluth GA. The adjusters were extremely underpaid. and daily metrics were 3 times higher than other firms causing us to have many errors during claim handling. I've seen adjusters click off on task and half do work just to meet my daily goal. including myself! I've seen adjusters leave this company to jump on other firms because of low pay. I would never work here or suggest any adjuster work here. you WILL be overworked and extremely underpaid. and talk about sketchy. The owners of this company are former state farm employees whom underbid every other adjuster firm to have a state farm contract.
