I have been working at Binary Semantics full-time

    Pros

There are no pros working in this organization. Never ever join it. Its good to sit at home jobless rather than working here.

    Cons

They will hire you on intern base with salary of 12.5k and promise you that salary will be increased to 22k after 3 months. But the fact is you wont even reach to 22k even after working 3 years in this organisation.

    1. Free lunch and dinner is provided and trust me quality of fodd is so bad that you will prefer being hungry rather than eating that food.
    2. The only thing they can make you learn is how to increase typing speed on keyboard. Only copy paste is done in this organisation
    3. HR doesn't even know how to talk to the employees and same with the manager.
    4. At the end of 1 year you will find yourself in a trap from where even you wont be able to help yourself.
    5. They will offer you designation of Analyst and trust me you will become so dumb here that even your cab driver will have more knowledge than you.

Just for sake of 12k don't ruin your future. There are many companies which have blacklisted Binary so you will find difficulties in switching from here.

    Advice to Management

Please grow up and understand that an appraisal of INR 700 or 800 is not an appraisal
