* Interesting work in a rather niche field. * Numerous technologies to engage in. * Standard work hours apply, overtime is not expected here. * Pay is okay for Austria.
Cons
* The financial situation is not clear: Funding and company finances are not fully transparent. * Peer reviewing is a one way street here. It is not possible to review higher management. * Numerous managers and engineers have left the company in the last year or so, and many of these positions are not backfilled. * It seems like company strategy is led by a handful of people at the top. It is impossible to challenge anything if you are not part of this inner circle. You are just a minion in this company. * No real perks: A "bonus" is just essentially a mandatory inflation aligned salary increase. (If you are working in Austria.) There is a phantom stock plan, but you wont see much from that anyway.
