Pros

Great reputation and history of numerous large scale carrier funded DAS and Wi-Fi deployments

Cons

Cold calling and business development is heavily measured rather than strategically aligning with partners. Leads are scarce, so prospecting dominates rather than being in front of a customer and closing. Marketing is exceptional but their message lacks a clear understanding of customer needs or the technical attributes of In building wireless. Chat GPT is over utilized and 30 page PowerPoint presentations are used for proposals. Little to no input from sales. Turnover is extremely high, from upper management down to sales. Ethics is marginal. Hierarchy rather than a team approach is used to manage the teams. Boing's pricing is not competitive.

Loved working with the people here. Company is stable in the midst of a turbulent job market.

Cons

Salaries are lower than market. It's hard to get promoted and raises after promotion are small.
