Pros
Great pay and benefits Huge trust in employees Always wanted to improve and listened to feedback. First place I’ve been that meant every word when they said they wanted people to tell them what could be better. They listened and continually improved things.
Cons
Prioritization of tasks could seem off at times Some miscommunication here and there but it was always addressed and we tried to improve for the next time.
