Pros

I have been using Borderless to receive my payments and I HAVE NEVER encountered any issues. Smooth transaction always. Invoices sent earlier than expected so many time to review and check everything before receiving the pay. I would recommend this to anyone who needs HR needs. Superb app as well no lags or delays. HR AI also is very helpful if you need questions with answers real time.

Some genuinely talented people, though most are looking to leave

Cons

- Really poor leadership. The CEO is very difficult to work with. - CS team is permanently understaffed. Expectation is that you're always on, but it's never said out loud so you can't push back on it - High turnover that leadership blames on "fit" rather than the obvious structural problems - No real career development. You'll burn out and want to leave before you want to grow your career there.
