- Sales can make 6 figures with very hard work - Overall a laid back environment, ability to make great friends - For the most part, time off can be taken when needed - The company truly means well - You are recognized when successful - CEO is constantly in store locations you're can tell he cares to a pretty good extent
Cons
- Retail, weekends are mandatory - The facade of the "embetterment" of employees highly overshadows improving performance - Communication from the top to the rest of the company is abysmal often getting lost in middle management - Integrity, though a "core value" of the company is far from a strong suit - Constant follow up needed on day to day requests and your commission to ensure you are paid properly - They will hire whoever without much vetting, you may work with some unsavory characters
