      Pros

      BTG is full of great people and the top management care about individual employees. I've never felt more at home in a company. There are opportunities for growth and education. The people who work in the office are great.

      Cons

      Being a consultant can be annoying if the partner you are working with doesn't have great culture or know what they are doing.
