Cons

The management doesn’t really look into the leaders of the team. Leaders should have good people management but they don’t. Even when complain to the AD during skip level meeting, very very minimal to no actions will be taken. High turnover.

Good place to start if you have no experience and want to learn how to work under pressure, just don't stay long enough to develop Stockholm syndrome.

Cons

Micromanagement is taken very seriously here. Being efficient usually means receiving more work. Yes-men culture is recommended for career growth.
