    Trying to make a difference; advocating for vulnerable children under 12 in Washington state

    Cons

    Soooo many children, delays in hearings and court dates, little support for volunteers due to overworked staff and underbudgeted office

    Advice to Management

    Give honest feedback and don’t waste volunteers’ time

    Management hires and fires people quickly. Its scary and the staff dont really know what's going on.

    Wonderful to be able to help these children that are in a bad situation through no choice of their own

    Caseloads are too heavy, can't give enough personal time.
