I have been working at CCS Presentation Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CCS (New England) has been a great company to work for. The owners are good people - they have great knowledge of the industry and are kind and approachable. The staff is hard-working and the office atmosphere is a positive/collaborative one. An open-door policy is enforced and new suggestions are always welcomed. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

I do not have any to list, I've truly enjoyed my time here at CCS.

    Advice to Management

It is nice to work at a company that values and takes care of its employees.

I worked at CCS Presentation Systems (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nothing positive to say here...

    Cons

The egotistical, self centered owner needs to take a look in the mirror. Too full of himself and will beat his employees down until they eventually quit. He's all ready driven a different company into the ground, and it won't be long before he kills this one. Avoid like the plaque!

    Advice to Management

Sell the company to a different owner.

I worked at CCS Presentation Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Existing customer base is robust in ARIZONA. Talented employees in many areas. One of the leading AV companies in the state

    Cons

Inept and unprofessional management team. Owner is either blind or does not want to deal with his long time employees who are threatened by any suggestions for improvement.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism to certain employees. Pay mileage to your outside sales reps. Address the morale issues. Provide quality training on a regular basis to ensure your people know how to use the systems running the business

    Pros

Clear objectives, great pay, great benefits and understanding management

    Cons

Repetitive work on some jobs(over 100 speakers, or screens, or projector installs)

    Advice to Management

better inspection on installs before sign off, deadlines are important, but IFUs(Installation F Ups - as service calls them) hurt the reputation of the company.

    Pros

I have worked at CCS for over 10 years and have felt it to be an overall pleasant experience. CCS cares about its employees and has always listened whenever i have had and issue. Growth potential within CCS is good and anyone with motivation can do well. Most of our clients are really great people and are a joy to work with.

At times the workload can be a bit much due to client deadlines and moral can be a little low during this period. Scheduling/coordination can be a bit much at times.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to improve moral. Work on scheduling so that you can improve the work/life balance.
