One of the most idiot company in Bangalore,Please guys work in Support but never work in this company. Manger dont know how to deliver projects, n they will blame directly to Employee if the project is escalate. Manger n higher management r too bossy.They dont know how to behave with employees. Instead of Ur work they r interested on Ur personal life. Once u enter they will nvr guide u , directly they will assign project. They are very biased in nature NOTE: THEY R MORE INTERESTED IN UR PERSONAL RELATED STUFF

1. There is no job security at all...you can fired at any time If you do not perform to the CEO expectation 2. There is no hierarchy.. CEO will be involved literally in everything even on giving your daily tasks 3. Other than CEO, no managers or TL have no decision making capability and everyone will reach out to the CEO even though if it is a small task 4. Most of the resources in the company does nothing because there is no project at all.. 5. They are Salesforce company but wanted to overcome Salesforce restrictions at every turn in developing 6. There is no proper timing for work..CEO or anyone can call you even at midnight 7. There are no benefits other than medical insurance 8. There is no proper code review, code maintenance and nothing as such. Finally to conclude, it is the worst organisation one can expect.
