pay ok - but not worth the headache

Cons

very bad company, treat employees like garbage, leadership doesn't know if they are coming or going. All management functions moving to Quebec. The don't value there employees and constantly re-orging. All the good people have left and are much happier, there is a no one cares attitude that has developed.

There was NO work. For 99 percent of the time I did nothing -- really is this how Cogeco likes to waste its money?

Cons

They had a horrible and disfunctional database for their 'business' customers. It was like they could care less.
