Pros
The office provides free snacks and parking, which is convenient for employees. Some social-skills related educational workshops are available and can be semi-useful. If you speak German fluently, you will likely have better opportunities within the company.
Cons
The management is highly unorganized, and many team leads lack both leadership training and technical skills. Career growth is nearly impossible without fluent German, and there is no structured career guidance. Many promises made during the interview process are not upheld. Most team-building activities revolve around excessive drinking rather than meaningful bonding. Several initiatives have been "in progress" for over four years with no visible improvements.
