Perfect example of micromanagement, from the moment you sit down to the moment you go to sleep, they constantly ask what you are doing, how long it will take to complete your tasks, and why you didn't leave exactly at your schedule breaks/lunch. Communication is very limited from management to employees, if any communication at all. When changes are required, there is no "talking" with the effected parties, the changes are implemented immediately without talking to employees for other/possible better options. They do not hire from within, they look outside company first and will hire outside company first. Management has been known to say one thing and do something completely different from what was said, on a regular basis.

The COO tries to keep things hush hush. "Stay in your swim lane" and don't talk to anybody outside of your department. You will literally be yelled at if break this "rule" It really creates a hostile work environment that is counterproductive to your goals. Flip flopping on things that were talked about the day before with no rhyme or reason. Just stay away from this place. There's plenty of better opportunities than wasting your time with this failing company.
